What we collect
If you use the contact form, we process the details you submit (name, email, optional company, message, and engagement intent). Server logs may include IP address, user agent, and request metadata for security and reliability.
Analytics
We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, for aggregated pageviews and a small set of product events (for example contact submit). It does not use advertising cookies and is not used to sell personal data.
Cookies
Essential cookies or local storage may be used for admin authentication when you sign in to the availability panel. Analytics does not rely on third-party advertising cookies.
Retention & rights
Contact leads are kept as long as needed to respond and manage opportunities, then deleted or archived. Under Quebec Law 25 / applicable Canadian privacy law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing contact@egafosso.com.
Transfers & security
Data is processed on infrastructure you or your hosting provider control. We apply reasonable technical measures (HTTPS in production, access controls, rate limiting). No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
